Who said that Winter should be only characterized by dark colors and dull looks? This false myth has been contradicted at Paris Fashion Week where the new trends for Fall/Winter 2017 have been presented.
The color that stood out on the catwalks at Paris Fashion Week was red, synonym of passion and sensuality. Strong tint par excellence, it has surprisingly played a primary role in the looks of next season intended especially for determined and proud people.
Besides total red, Paris Fashion Week presented the matching of surrealist looks such as the creations by Saint Laurent who proposed a heart-shaped cloak blending passion, romanticism and innovation. Red could be matched well also with more informal sport clothes for determined women such as those who walked the catwalks for Vetements; while Isabel Marant bet on the shiny effect giving a touch of originality.
Stella McCartney has also paid homage to this nuance dedicating to it elegance and refinement; while the opposite effect has been created with the new creations by Comme Des Garçons who for the season Fall/Winter 2017 made buds of red roses bloom, symbol of love and passion for excellence.
So, red never goes out of fashion, and still for the next season it will represent a trait d’union between tradition and innovation dominating with its several shades and donating a touch of strength, impulsiveness, but also refinement and preciousness which are unique and feminine.
