Not only classic styles at Pitti Uomo 2018 but also a lot of sport that will characterize men’s fashion next Winter. Sporting style is an evergreen, as witnessed by the new athletic collections of the big menswear brands, but also by a new project that has just been introduced, that is Athlovers, born from the cooperation with Reda. Classic male elegance is perfectly matched even by Japanese and Korean outdoor style of the latest generation. Everything is characterized by the use of unusual materials designed to guarantee comfort and style to the modern man who not only works but travels a lot, goes to the gym and loves outdoor activities.
However, the sporting fashion presented at Pitti Uomo 93 takes also into account the environment with collections that are focused on the increasingly followed eco-fashion. An example is given by Fgf Industry by Enzo Fusco who, in his new collection Blauer Down Jackets, has combined the classic items in goose down pad with – for the first time – synthetic materials or eco padding made in EU which are obviously eco-friendly.
Among the innovations contained in Athlovers, there is the brand 42.45 characterized by a rebel style. But there is also the German brand Aence betting on a clean and minimal line thus creating a new collection which is designed not only for men but also for women, composed by 19 clothing items and based on a total technical innovation of materials that mixes up research and comfort.
From the USA comes Dyne based on a sporting and fighting style; finally, there is Isaora, totally focused on the dynamism of the metropolis. One of the protagonists of Pitti Uomo is also Kappa that has started an important revolution celebrating the band that gave the name to the famous brand, by using it on denim and high-quality materials, perfectly tailored trousers and blazers, but also leather bomber jackets.
